Five markets. Five distinct cultures. One platform and zero room for generic.
TikTok's Topview format is the first thing a user sees when they open the app. There's no scrolling past it, no second chance. For this campaign across Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia, the brief was clear: create original content that felt native to each market, not a single ad resized and translated five times.
We owned the production end-to-end — and this time, we pushed further. The latest iteration of this work was built using an AI-first production pipeline. Scenes were image-generated in Weavy using multi-node prompt architecture, animated in Kling and Seedance, composited in After Effects, and finished in DaVinci Resolve. What used to require a full crew and studio days was rebuilt from the ground up using generative tools — without losing the commercial polish.
Every market still got its own visual treatment, pacing, and cultural reference points. The pipeline just got faster, leaner, and a lot more interesting.
