TikTok needed to get gaming creators across six global markets to actually use a new monetisation program. Not just aware of it, actively completing tasks, claiming rewards, and navigating an entirely new UI.
That's a production problem as much as a creative one.
As Producer, I owned the full pipeline over four months: conceptualisation, scripting, production, localisation, and delivery — across Indonesia, Japan, Brazil, Germany, France, and the United States. Every market got content tailored to its language, platform behaviour, and creator culture. Nothing was a direct copy-paste.
