TikTok Gaming Global

TikTok introduced a Gaming Incentive Program to help gaming creators monetize their content through collaboration with various game titles. The campaign aimed to educate creators across several key markets, including Indonesia (ID), Japan (JP), Brazil (BR), Germany (DE), France (FR), and the United States (US), on completing tasks and claiming monetary rewards, while providing a step-by-step UI walkthrough.

How?

As the Producer, I managed the entire production process over four months, delivering over 100 videos tailored to the specific needs of each market. These videos were designed to educate creators on how to participate in the incentive program, highlighting tasks, rewards, and UI features. I oversaw all aspects of production, from conceptualization and scripting to video production and final delivery. The content was crafted to engage gaming creators, while maintaining alignment with TikTok's

energetic and vibrant visual style.

Impact:

  • Over 100 videos delivered within 4 months, tailored to multiple markets.

  • Successfully educated and engaged creators with the Gaming Incentive Program.

This project showcased my ability to manage large-scale video production for a global audience, ensuring the content was culturally relevant and impactful.
